Christopher Williams

Christopher O.H. Williams is a strategy & transformation speaker, executive advisor, board director, author and former international top executive.

With more than twenty years of experience in international business, Christopher helps leaders and organisations think more sharply, act more consciously and not only manage change, but give it direction.

He has held senior roles at Nike, adidas, Gap, VF Corporation, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers, among others, and worked across multiple continents on strategy, growth, market development and transformation. He was also the first President of African Leadership University, where he led campuses and programmes in Mauritius and Rwanda.

Today Christopher works as founder and principal of Custament Partners, an impact advisory firm. In that role he supports leaders, boards and organisations on strategic questions, transformation, international growth and leadership development.
