Strategy & Transformation Speaker
About Christopher Williams
Christopher O.H. Williams is a strategy & transformation speaker, executive advisor, board director, author and former international top executive.
His work revolves around courageous choices: the decisions leaders make when growth, change and responsibility come together. With more than twenty years of experience in international business, Christopher helps leaders and organisations think more sharply, act more consciously and not only manage change, but give it direction.
His career has taken him through influential brands and organisations in sport, lifestyle, fashion, finance and education. He has held senior roles at Nike, adidas, Gap, VF Corporation, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers, among others, and worked across multiple continents on strategy, growth, market development and transformation. He was also the first President of African Leadership University, where he led campuses and programmes in Mauritius and Rwanda.
Today Christopher works as founder and principal of Custament Partners, an impact advisory firm. In that role he supports leaders, boards and organisations on strategic questions, transformation, international growth and leadership development. His expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, transformation, brand, go-to-market and courageous leadership.
As a keynote speaker, Christopher brings the world of the boardroom to the stage. He speaks about courage, leadership, change and the choices needed to make meaningful impact. His talks are personal, strategic and human at once: nourished by international experience, sharp observations and the conviction that real transformation begins with the courage to look honestly at what is needed.
In his book C.O.U.R.A.G.E.: 7 Choices for Living a Life Without Regret, he explores courage as a practical force for leaders and professionals. Not as a grand gesture, but as a daily discipline: making choices under pressure, taking responsibility, staying true to your values and daring to act when it matters.
For Christopher, professional speaking is not a stand-alone performance, but an extension of leadership. The stage is for him a place to challenge people, move them and set them in motion. His message is clear: organisations only truly change when leaders have the courage to choose differently.
